On Sunday, Grigor Dimitrov took to Instagram to announce his positive COVID-19 test. Dimitrov, ranked #19 by the ATP, competed last week in the Adria Tour exhibition organized by Novak Djokovic. The event faced widespread criticism for not following social distancing guidelines. Other top tennis players Borna Coric, Andrey Rublev, Dominic Thiem, and Alexander Zverev also participated in the event.
